You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused

  • It is in its original packaging

  • All labels, hardware, and parts are included

  • The item has not been assembled or installed

Assembled or used items cannot be returned unless they are damaged or faulty.

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Mattresses (if unsealed or used)

  • Pillows and bedding

  • Clearance / final-sale items

  • Custom or made-to-order products

Unless your item is damaged or faulty, return shipping is the customerโ€™s responsibility.

We can arrange a courier collection for you at a fixed charge depending on product size and location.

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 48 hours

  • Provide clear photos of the issue

  • We will arrange a replacement, part replacement, or refund at no additional cost

We cannot accept claims reported after this timeframe.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will:

  • Approve or reject your refund

  • Process refunds within 3โ€“7 business days

  • Refund via your original payment method

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
