1. Do your beds come with a mattress?

No. All beds are sold as frames only unless otherwise stated. You can purchase mattresses separately from our Mattresses Collection.

2. Are your beds available in different sizes?

Yes! Most of our beds are available in Single, Small Double, Double, Kingsize, and Super King. Size availability is shown on each product page.

3. Do your ottoman beds come with storage included?

Yes. All ottoman beds include a gas-lift storage mechanism and spacious storage compartment beneath the mattress base.

4. Are the colours shown accurate?

We try our best to display colours accurately, but lighting and screen settings may affect how colours appear. Contact us if you need help choosing.

5. Are the materials durable?

Absolutely. Our beds are made with reinforced wooden frames, metal support structures, and premium upholstery fabrics for long-lasting comfort and strength.

6. How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by product. Most items are delivered within 3–10 working days. Your estimated delivery window appears at checkout.

7. Do you offer free delivery?

Yes – free UK mainland delivery is available on most products.

8. Will I be contacted before delivery?

Yes. Our delivery partner will contact you via phone, SMS, or email to confirm your delivery date and time slot.

9. Do you deliver upstairs?

Most couriers deliver to the ground floor only for insurance reasons. Please check the delivery section on each product page.

🔧 ASSEMBLY

10. Are your beds flat-packed?

Yes. Our beds are delivered flat-packed for easy transport and access into your home.

11. Is assembly easy?

Most beds come with simple step-by-step instructions. Two people are recommended for assembly, especially for Ottoman models.

12. Do you offer assembly services?

Not at the moment, but many customers hire TaskRabbit or local assembly professionals if needed.
